Our Scór Novelty Act who won First Place in the county final held in Ovens on June 11th. The girls tremendous work was evident in their amazing performance. Such a fantastic achievement for our school. The school was treated to a super performance in the halla on Monday 13th. Well done girls! We are so proud!
May 2022
6th class girls took part in Scór na Páistí in Castletownroche in May ’22 . The girls play was called “The Director’s Cut”. It was made up of cast members Ellie McAuliffe, Sarah O’Keeffe, Clodagh O’Keeffe, Louise Flynn, Maeve Leahy, Sarah Relihan, Jessica Heelan and Mary O’Driscoll. The girls put in a trojan effort both during and after school and gave an outstanding performance! We are so proud and excited for what’s to come in the county final! The girls came first and will represent Avondhu at the county final on the 11th of June.
