For 5 weeks the school community in the Convent Primary have participated in a whole school plan on Digital Citizenship and Internet Safety. From free online safety webinars hosted by Webwise for parents, interactive activities for all our students and a fantastic poem written by one of our parents on the dangers of social media, we all know we must STOP, THINK and CHECK with an adult before we connect. On February 6th we joined thousands of children around Ireland by celebrating Safer Internet Day 2024 with a whole school assembly hosted by Mrs. Tarrant’s 5th class.
